In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "s444", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the s444 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at s444.cam, its operators, licensors, and affiliates.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered on the s444 platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.3 Registration Process

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

s444 is required under its international gaming license to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to provide copies of government-issued identification (e.g., CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership when requested. Accounts that fail verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed. s444 will handle all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on s444. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where s444 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed. Any funds in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. 3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s444 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. s444 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security. You agree to notify s444 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to personal information, including mobile number, email address, and bank account details linked for withdrawals, must be communicated to s444 through the account settings or via live chat support. s444 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending re-verification where account information has been recently changed.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

s444 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Credit Card, Debit Card, Raast, and 1LINK. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). s444 does not apply any processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may levy their own charges.

4.2 Deposit Processing Times

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your s444 account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one business day depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. Raast and 1LINK transfers generally process within minutes. s444 is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider.

4.3 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your s444 account. s444 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion, including as a responsible gaming measure at the request of the player or following a player self-assessment.

4.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are lawfully obtained and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method being used. s444 is prohibited from processing funds associated with money laundering or other criminal activities. s444 may request source of funds documentation for large deposits or in cases where unusual transaction patterns are detected.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds (excluding any unconverted bonus funds) at any time, subject to the completion of account verification and any applicable wagering requirements. s444 processes withdrawals only to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits on the same account, or to a verified bank account in the player's own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

s444 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Once approved, funds are typically transferred to JazzCash or EasyPaisa within hours, and to bank accounts within one to three business days. During peak periods or following enhanced verification procedures, processing times may be longer. s444 will communicate any delays to the player via their registered contact.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. Players with higher account tier status may be eligible for increased withdrawal limits. Current applicable limits are shown in the cashier section of your account. s444 reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in multiple instalments.

5.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

s444 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. This may include submission of CNIC, passport, utility bill, and proof of payment method. s444 may also request additional information where a withdrawal follows an unusual pattern of activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days will result in the suspension of the withdrawal request.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by s444 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the respective promotion page. These general terms apply to all s444 bonuses in addition to any promotion-specific terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is clearly stated on each promotion page and in the bonus details section of your account. Different bet types and games may contribute differently to wagering — contribution rates are set out in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All s444 bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that have not been completed by the stated expiry date will be removed from the account automatically. s444 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be exploiting bonuses, including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to unlock bonus funds, or manipulation of game selection to meet wagering requirements, will have their bonus funds forfeited and their account suspended. s444 defines bonus abuse at its sole and reasonable discretion.

6.5 One Bonus at a Time

Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus or deposit bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted in the specific promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping bonuses will result in the cancellation of all but one offer at s444's discretion.

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on s444 sports markets are subject to these Terms and any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform. A bet is confirmed only when s444 issues a bet confirmation reference number. It is the player's responsibility to verify that the bet has been accepted at the correct odds and stake before the event commences.

7.2 Odds and Market Changes

s444 reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or amend markets and odds at any time prior to bet confirmation. Odds are offered at s444's discretion and may differ from those offered by other operators. s444 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's inability to place a bet due to a suspended market.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day apply on s444. Current limits are published in the sports betting rules section. Where winnings on a bet exceed the applicable maximum, s444 will pay the maximum and void the excess. Players are encouraged to review maximum limits before placing large-stake bets.

7.4 Obvious Errors

s444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error (including typographical errors). Where a bet is voided under this clause, the original stake will be returned to the player. s444 will notify affected players promptly and will not rely on obvious error provisions where the error was not manifest at the time of bet placement.

7.5 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, football, and other sports are offered subject to real-time data availability. s444 will not be liable for the settlement of in-play bets where live data feeds are delayed or interrupted by circumstances beyond s444's control. In-play bets that cannot be verified against reliable data may be voided at s444's discretion.

8.1 Game Availability

The availability of casino games, live dealer tables, and slot titles on s444 is subject to change at any time. Games may be withdrawn, suspended, or replaced at s444's discretion or at the request of the game provider. s444 will not be liable for any loss of access to a specific game title.

8.2 Game Outcomes and RNG

All slot games and RNG-based casino games on s444 use Random Number Generation (RNG) technology certified by independent third-party auditing bodies. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by s444 or the player. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published by game providers and are available in the game information sections.

8.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed from studios operated by internationally certified providers. s444 does not control the physical casino environment, dealing procedures, or studio operations. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game hand, the round will be settled according to the game provider's disconnection policy, which s444 will apply fairly and consistently.

8.4 Malfunction Voids All Plays

In the event of a technical malfunction in any casino or slot game on s444, all affected game rounds may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. s444 will not pay winnings generated during a demonstrable malfunction period. Players who suspect a malfunction should cease play and contact support immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on s444. Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access s444 or place bets

• Colluding with other players, s444 staff, or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, fraud, or unauthorised use of payment methods
• Using s444 accounts or services for money laundering or any activity in breach of anti-money laundering legislation
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or circumvent any s444 platform security measure
• Accessing s444 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing another person to operate your account

10.1 s444's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

s444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to where: the player has violated these Terms; the player's account is under investigation for suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; the player has failed to complete verification within a reasonable period; or applicable law requires it.

10.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the closure of their s444 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, s444 will process any outstanding withdrawals of verified real-money funds within the standard processing timeframe. Any unconverted bonus funds will be forfeited on account closure.

10.3 Funds on Closure

Where s444 closes an account due to a player's breach of these Terms, s444 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending the outcome of its investigation. Where funds are determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activity, they may be confiscated. Where an account is closed without fault on the player's part, all real-money balances will be returned.

By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full. s444 processes personal data only as necessary for the provision of services, compliance with legal obligations, and the prevention of fraud and money laundering.

s444 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data shared with game providers, payment processors, and licensing authorities is limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision and regulation of the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from technical failure or interruption of service .

s444 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code. You acknowledge that you use the s444 platform at your own risk. s444 will not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet service provider failures, power outages, natural disasters, strikes, or actions by government authorities.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit s444's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

s444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material and affect your rights or obligations as a player, s444 will notify you via email, on-platform notification, or both. Continued use of the s444 platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which s444's international gaming license is issued. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

16.2 Internal Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and s444 concerning the operation of your account, the settlement of a bet, or the application of these Terms, you agree to first attempt resolution through s444's internal complaints procedure. Complaints should be submitted in writing via the support page or live chat and will be acknowledged within 48 hours. s444 will investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond with a final decision within a reasonable period.

16.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through s444's internal complaints procedure, you may have the right to refer the matter to the independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service nominated by s444's licensing authority.
